What to expect
Electrical faults can be stressful, but they’re also one of the most common call-outs I deal with—and something I can quickly help you with. If something has suddenly tripped, blown, or “gone pop,” just give me a call. In some cases, I may even be able to talk you through a simple fix over the phone.
Most faults are found and repaired within two hours. If for any reason the issue is more complicated, it is likely that after two hours I'll know whats needed therefore I'll pause the job, explain exactly what I’ve discovered, and outline the next steps so you know what’s involved before we go any further.
As part of the process, I’ll carry out checks on your home’s electrical safety. This not only helps track down the fault, but also gives you peace of mind that your electrics are safe and working as they should.
